ITS Operations
Operations is an "umbrella" term used broadly to cover a range of performed tasks. Coupled with projects, they represent the vast majority of how we apply our resources to serve the institution.
Those two major categories are current split approximately 40% projects versus 60% operations. With several in-progress and future initiatives, we hope to flip this and devote even more resources to University projects. At any time, please check our Project Status page.

We leverage a ticket management system to track these efforts end-to-end to help ensure nothing is lost and the things we should work on get the attention they deserve. We aren't perfect, and there are times we do not meet expectations. When this happens, we own it, learn from it, and improve. That ticket system aids us in understanding what happened so we can do better.
