WKU has a long history providing services to the US Military... for 41 years WKU has provided a regional campus dedicated to those stationed at Ft. Knox and for over 70 years WKU has had an ARMY ROTC battalion here on campus.  WKU is a member of Servicemembers Opportunity College (SOC) and the SOC Degree Network System which provides you flexible transferability of college credit. WKU is also a Yellow Ribbon and MyCAA participating university. 

 

WKU Military Student Services

began in 2011 with the mission to provide personalized support for all our military, veterans and dependents.  Currently, we provide free textbooks for eligible military students through "Textbooks for Troops", support and guidance with GoArmyEd and all TA requests for all branches of the military, a Veterans Resource Center (a dedicated space for military, veterans and dependents) and so much more...

SOKY Veterans Council

Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of every month at the WKU ALIVE Center at 3:15 p.m.
