Academic Enrichment & Effectiveness
The Academic Enrichment and Effectiveness area supports data-driven decision-making within the Division of Academic Affairs, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with institutional effectiveness standards.
We work with academic departments and colleges to quantify measures of academic success, including student engagement, student learning, retention, persistence and graduation rates. In addition, we provide research and analytic support to units within the Division aimed at enhancing academic quality and student success.
Academic Enrichment and Effectiveness also coordinates a range of initiatives intended to promote and support innovation in academic programming and delivery, increased integration of established university priorities, and the integrated efforts of units towards advancing identified divisional priorities.
