Biography
Amber is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a certified facilitator of the DACUM Occupational Analysis. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration at Kentucky State University, her Master's Degree in Public Administration at Western Kentucky University, and her Doctorate in Education at Western Kentucky University.
Research
Amber's research interests include organizational culture/development, employee relations, process improvement, and global citizenship education.
