BOH Environmental has developed the Chemical, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CRANE) detection system based on a Pulsed Fast-Thermal Neutron Analysis (PFTNA) technology. The CRANE system was demonstrated under contract with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) for the detection and identification of explosives and other contraband using active neutron interrogation to perform elemental analysis.
