Online Forms
We are in the process of acquiring an electronic system for key requests and work orders. Until this system can be learned and put in place we are going to continue using hard copies for key and work requests. Forms can be faxed to: 5-2892 or dropped off in person to: the WKU Police Access Control office located in the Department of Facilities Management in Parking Structure 1.
