The CHHS Living Learning Community is a unique opportunity that allows students with majors in the College of Health and Human Services to live and take classes together. The office of Housing and Residence Life and CHHS have partnered to help students' transition into WKU easier and have the best possible experience. The students in the LLC will live in the same single gender residence halls. Women will be in one and the men will be in another. Being a part of the LLC helps you form stronger relationships with your peers and faculty, as well as, professionals in your area of interest.
What about roommates?? If you have already requested a roommate that's OK! We will make sure that you get placed together in the appropriate residence hall! We know that college can be a difficult transition - for that reason students' roommate requests are taken into consideration!
The best part is that there are NO additional charges to be a part of the LLC. This is a FREE opportunity to students who choose to participate. Another perk is that being in the LLC does not prevent you from joining other organizations. In fact, we encourage you to get out and involved in different areas on campus! The more you get involved, the better your college experience can be!
What classes will I take? You will take the following courses with the other LLC members. You will also take an additional 6-9 hour of courses that you need for your major and colonnade requirements.
