Service Description: The Neighborhood Action Office works closely with all City departments to help coordinate City services on the neighborhood level. The office administers the Select Neighborhood Action Program (SNAP), a grant program that provides local funding to neighborhood groups for neighborhood improvement projects. The office also publishes a quarterly newsletter, offers a variety of training classes on various topics, and works with neighborhood watch groups, homeowners associations, resident councils, and neighborhood associations to resolve problems on the neighborhood level.
