Service Description: The Kentucky Client Assistance Program (CAP) serves clients of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), Office for the Blind, Independent Living Centers, Projects with Industry, or an employment program. Contact their office if you have experienced any of the following: 1) Have you been denied vocational rehabilitation (VR) services to which you believe you are entitled? 2) Have you been determined to be ineligible for VR services and do not agree with that determination? 3) Are you experiencing undue delay in the processing of a VR application or services requested from the above-referenced program? 4) Do you have questions about your case? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you should contact KyCAP.
