Service Description: Project E.M.P.O.W.E.R. stands for Enhance, Motive, Prosper, Overcome, Work, Energy, and Respect. Project EMPOWER offers free case management, service connection, support, and skills training, as well as free individual, family, and child counseling by licensed professionals in the Bowling Green area. Grant funded collaboration between WKU's Suzanne Vitale Clinical Education Complex's Family Resource Program and the Family Self-Sufficiency Program of the Housing Authority of Bowling Green. Volunteers are needed for community outreach and clerical duties.
