Service Description: County Attorney is elected to serve as a legal advisor for Fiscal Court. The County Attorney's Department prosecutes misdemeanors and oversees the recovery of money through its Bad Check Division. The department's Child Support Division works with the courts and parents to insure that children receive support when parents are divorced or separated.
