American Traveler is a short-term, noncredit program managed by Study Away that is designed to provide intense, unique travel experience to fascinating locations. These lifelong learning opportunities are developed and led by experts and designed to give participants a one-of-a-kind experience.
Program Leader Resources
These are noncredit programs normally open to anyone who meets the program requirements.
American Traveler programs may travel to any destination, regardless of US passport requirements. A faculty leader may offer an American Traveler opportunity as part of a Study Away or Faculty-led Study Abroad course.
A participant registration process will be made available by Study Away. The faculty leader retains final approval for the noncredit participants. The participants are expected to adhere to the for-credit course requirements.
