Stuart Foster is a Professor in the Geography and Geology Department. He received his doctorate from Ohio State University, is the climatologist for the state of Kentucky, and Director of the Kentucky Mesonet. His research interest are in Quantitative Methods, Location Analysis and Geographic Information Systems.
