Details and Tips
Reservations must be made by 11:59 p.m. CST at least 4 business days before your ATP date. There is a non-refundable fee of $50 per student and $10 per guest for ATP. Please have your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) available. Parents are encouraged to attend the optional Parent Program during ATP as well. Space is limited, so register now!
When you reserve your ATP date, you will use TopNet. You will be asked to enter your WKU ID and PIN. Your WKU ID (begins with 800) is listed in your ATP e-invite, your Admissions profile, or you can click on "What is my WKU ID?". If this is your first time using TopNet, your PIN is the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number, and you will be required to choose a new PIN immediately.
You must certify your emergency contact information the first time you log on to TopNet. You will not be able to advance past this screen until that is complete. A complete list of available dates will show up after you log in on the Main Menu, under "Academic Transitions Program - Reservations".
