ATP is going "On the Road" to Louisville!
The Academic Transitions Program (ATP) is your next step on your journey to become a WKU Hilltopper! This required orientation is the process by which you take any needed placement exams, meet with an academic advisor, and register for classes. ATP On the Road is a convenient way to complete your required orientation at a location near you instead of visiting our Bowling Green campus.
ATP On the Road attendees will:
- Meet one-on-one with an academic advisor
- Register for Fall 2014 classes
- Become an official HILLTOPPER by receiving a WKU ID Card
- Meet with representatives from Housing and Residence Life, Restaurant Group (Meal Plans), Financial Aid, WKU Store (books) and more!
- Save time and gas!

About your appointment...
During your appointment, you will meet one-on-one with an academic advisor from your chosen major or with someone from academic advising if you are generally undecided about a major. You will also officially register for your Fall 2014 classes.
After registration, you will receive a copy of your class schedule, have an opportunity to visit with student service representatives, and receive your WKU ID card.
Parents are welcome to attend!
While students are being advised and registered, parents are encouraged to relax in our parent lounge area. WKU representatives will be on site to answer questions about Student Financial Aid, Housing and Residence Life, Restaurant Group (Meal Plans), WKU Store (Book Reservations), and more!
Meals and hotel accommodations are separate and are the responsibility of the attendee and their guest(s). Attendees are not obligated to make reservations at the hotel. Non-refundable fees can be applied to future on campus ATPs. Students must be present to receive a schedule.
