BOOT CAMP 60 MINUTES
Program Info
Days/Time: M/W/F 6:10-7:10am
Cost: Students $35
Registration: Jan. 14- Feb. 1
Register at the Health and Fitness Lab in Preston Center
60 minutes is a 4 week group training program for students, faculty, staff, and community members who are committed to improving or challenging their current fitness levels. 60 minutes will have you working out in the Preston Center dance studio, basketball courts, & track. Workouts will consist of interval training, resistance training, cardiovascular work, and flexibility training. Upon completion of this program participants will be receiving a long-sleeved shirt.
You must complete 6 workouts to receive WellU credit. Credit will be uploaded at the completion of this 4 week Bootcamp.
