Fitness Incentive Card Program

Get rewarded for your workouts!! The Fitness Incentive Card Program is a fitness challenge to encourage participation in programming offered in the Preston Health and Activity Center. Participants can receive credit by participating in: Group Fitness Classes, Intramural Sports, working out in the Fitness Center, attending Sport Clubs practice, or even just coming in to walk the indoor track.

Here's how the challenge works:

Stop by the Health & Fitness Lab in the Preston Health & Activity Center to pick up your Fitness Incentive punch card and to complete a fitness assessment (height, weight and body composition). Each punch card has 24 punch places for you to fill weather it be by taking group fitness classes, working out in the Fitness Center, playing in an intramural game, sport club practice, swimming in the pool, participating in an ORAC event or any other activity offered here at the Preston Center. Once you have filled your 24 punches, bring your card back to the Health & Fitness Lab to complete a basic fitness assessment and if you wish, pick up another card!

Fitness Incentive starts February 4th and the last day to turn in any card, #1 or #2 is April 26th! 

Remember to stop by the Health & Fitness Lab BEFORE you work out to complete your fitness assessments!
