8 week course introducing Wing Chun Martial Arts
Registration starts Jan. 31st
Feb. 7th-Apr. 4th
Thursdays 6:45-8:15pm

-Increase strength, stamina, and fitness
-Practice strategies to avoid conflicts
-Develop confidence and self esteem
