Zuheir & Susan Sofia Visiting Professorship in International Studies

The Zuheir and Susan Sofia Visting Professorship provides support for a visiting professorship in International Studies. The fund also provides support for International Programs including study abroad as well as support for work assistantships for international students studying at WKU; forums, panels and programs on campus to promote international understanding and appreciation of cultural differences. Funds may be used to support library and media resources for international education, further develop faculty knowledge and understanding of international cultures, and assist colleges and departments in internationalizing their curriculum.
