Greg Coker is the President & CEO of The Cathedral Institute, a non-profit organization whose mission is Empowering People, Building Teams, Transforming
Organizations, and Changing the World. He is the author of "Building Cathedrals: The
Power of Purpose" and presents this keynote address and training program to organizations
across the country.
Greg has over 20 years executive level experience with two fortune 500 companies, is a former Commissioner of the Kentucky Public Service Commission, and is a local school board member in Franklin Kentucky. He received both his undergraduate and master’s degree in organization communication from Western Kentucky University.

Skip Wirth is the Director of Sales and Marketing for First Choice Home Medical in
Bowling Green, Kentucky and a contributing author to "Building Cathedrals: The Power
of Purpose." He has over 38 years of healthcare experience in a variety of settings,
including clinical, supervisory, education, sales, marketing and administration. He
graduated with honors from Western Kentucky University with degrees in Nursing and
Public Health, and has a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication.
He is an adjunct faculty member at WKU in the Department of Speech and Communication. Throughout his career, Skip has presented to over 1,500 groups on stress management, wellness, team building, leadership, communication, customer service, and humor in the workplace.
- Dave Tatman

Dave Tatman is the plant manager of the General Motors Bowling Green Assembly Plant
and a contributing author to "Building Cathedrals: The Power of Purpose." He has held
numerous supervisory and management positions for the automotive industry over the
past 34 years.
Tatman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Ohio State University in June, 1980 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Terry Daniels is the Human Resource Manager for ITW in Gallatin, Tennessee and a contributing
author to the book "Building Cathedrals: The Power of Purpose." He has over 20 years
in human resource, leadership, and team dynamics and development. He has lead seminars
and training sessions with Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument
(HBDI), Diversity and Inclusion, and many leadership and team dynamics sessions. In
addition, he has been the Senior Pastor of the Loving Chapel Baptist Church in Franklin,
KY for almost 20 years.
Terry graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Psychology and from Walden University with a Degree in Organization Psychology and Development. Throughout his diverse background and wide range of activities, Terry has coached, counseled, trained, and mentored numerous individuals, teams, and organizations.
