Bio

A native Minnesotan, Dr. Wicklander joined the WKU faculty in the Fall, 1972 in the newly-formed Dept. of Mass Communication, transferring after a few years to the Dept. of Speech & Theatre (now Communication) following a reorganization of programs. He has written textbooks for courses in mass media process & effects, broadcast law & ethics, and persuasion strategies. Dr. Wicklander teaches courses in public speaking and persuasion.
