As faculty and staff, we often forget that students, their families, and our co-workers are our customers. But they are! And it’s vital to serve them with the same high-quality, personal service we like to receive ourselves.
The Spirit of Service (SOS) Collegiate Customer Service program offers the resources and training necessary to consistently surpass their expectations and provide exceptional service.
During this program, SOS participants are challenged in the concepts of extraordinary service within a higher education environment. Participants learn enhanced skills and knowledge to promote an outstanding Spirit of Service within their department.
SOS is for any college or university employee, so encourage your colleagues to attend with you! A discount is available for non-WKU participants that attend in groups of three or more. Call (270) 745-1912 for more information.
