Session Format:
One 4-Hour Session
Introduction
Men and women use different words, forms, and styles to communicate. These variations cause frequent misunderstandings and often lead to serious consequences. This workshop will focus on how to recognize the varied communication patterns of men and women and how to enhance one’s communication in a diverse work place.
Objectives
The participant will learn: (1) how men and women communicate in different ways, and (2) how they can become effective as communicators and interpreters of messages.
