Session Format:
6 Hours Total (Two 3-Hour Sessions)
Introduction
Today’s work environment requires employees to manage several projects simultaneously. This training session introduces the student to software that will assist anyone who serves as a project manager to more effectively plan projects, better manage resources and establish organization-wide repeatable processes.
Objectives
The participant will: (1) learn how to use MS Project, (2) learn to use the program in planning a project, and (3) learn to manage all aspects of a project easily and efficiently.
