Habits of Successful People - A Follow-Up Workshop
Session Format:
One 4-Hour Session
Introduction
For those who have completed the prerequisite course, Habits of Successful People, this interactive workshop is designed to integrate the habits of successful leaders and team members into the long-range operations of the company. A series of exercises stressing active learning will be used to reinforce concepts needed for effective team-building, success in paradigm-breaking/change and in developing successful habits of empathetic listening and long-term planning.
Objectives
The participant will: (1) review the basic principles of the character personality ethic, (2) engage in team-oriented problem-solving sessions under the guidance of an external trainer (3) analyze team and team member functioning to improve team performance.
