Introduction
This training is a full-day session which gives employees much more than just information. Each participant will be able to see, touch, and feel the benefits of reducing time and increasing efficiencies in the office environments of a manufacturing organization. This day involves interactive hands-on simulation of processes, although this concept can be transferred to any process in other administrative areas of organizations.
Objectives
Participants will be able to: (1) identify wasted office time and energy, (2) reduce wasted office time and energy through employee participation, and (3) assist the company in becoming more profitable.
