Stress Management Follow–Up
Session Format:
One 3–Hour Session
Introduction
Three hours of Success with Stress training designed to devise individual stress management plans is a prerequisite for this training. This session will review skills learned in that training and evaluate the individual’s progress.
Objectives
The participant will learn: (1) to evaluate their previously constructed stress management plans, (2) to identify cognitive, situational, and emotional blocks that hinder implementation of these plans, (3) to develop workable stress reduction techniques for daily living, and (4) to revise their written plans for the future.

- Evaluation of commitment to managing stress

- Determination of cognitive, situational, and emotional blocks to plan implementation
- Individual plan revision

This seminar is intended for managers, supervisors, supervisory trainees, and employees involved in teams or work groups with prior training in stress management.
