Biography
Dr. Jill Cabrera is currently an Associate Professor of Educational Administration, Leadership and Research at Western Kentucky University, teaching P-12 courses. During the 2010-2011 academic year, she served as an instructor for Educational Leadership and as a post-doctoral research associate in the Center for Educational Research and Evaluation (CERE) at the University of Mississippi. Dr. Cabrera also served as a project director on a study funded by the National Science Foundation while completing her Ph.D. She served for 17 years as a teacher and school administrator in public schools in Texas.
