What do I need to do to be approved to drive vehicles owned/rented/leased by WKU?

Read the Use of Vehicles and Approved Drivers Policy.  Fill out the drivers release and application form, make a copy of your driver’s license and send these to the Office of the CFO. If you do not have a Kentucky driver’s license, you need to contact your state’s department of transportation and obtain a 3 year driver history record and submit this as well

What is the next step in the process of being an approved driver?

Once we process your application and check your driver history record, we will inform your supervisor as to whether or not you have been approved.

How do I become approved to drive 15 passenger van?

Please contact the WKU Transportation Department to schedule your 15 passenger van training.
