Resources Management is: 1) responsible for managing and assisting the university with real property management, and 2) assisting the Division of Finance & Administration with business advisory services for its relative business functions.
Real property responsibilities include the purchase, leasing, management, and sale of real property. The office works in partnership with the university foundations, city and county authorities, and internal committees to include the Campus Master Plan and Parking & Transportation.
Division of Finance & Administration responsibilities include budget management, balancing of personnel base, financial analysis, contract administration, and revenue and expense forecasting.
