Kentucky Folklife Program - Partnerships

 

 

Allen County Folklife & Oral History Project

Kentucky Folklife Program works closely with the Allen County Folklife & Oral History Project as WKU Folk Studies students document folklife in Allen County, Kentucky.  KFP has continued to build on this groundwork through collaborative workshops with local high school students and COmmunity Scholar trainings.

 

Kentucky Arts Council

Kentucky Folklife Program has an ongoing partnership with the Kentucky Arts Council through the Community Scholars program and the Folk and Traditional Arts Apprenticeship Grant.

 

Kentucky Historical Society

Kentucky Folklife Program has maintained a partnership with Kentucky Historical Society since moving to Western Kentucky University in July 2012.
