Bio

Cecile Garmon teaches and conducts research in the areas of culture, communication, and leadership.  She has many years of experience in higher education including administration, teaching, and research.  She received a  Fulbright Senior Research Fellowship  in 2000 and travels widely to collect information and gain understanding of cultural roles and communication behaviors.  Currently, she is a Professor of Communication and serves as Director of the Leadership Studies Program at WKU.
