Individual Personal Training:

Personal Training provides the highest level of one on one service and member interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with you to meet your individual fitness goals, needs, and interests.

*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.

Personal Training Package includes: Free consultation, Free pre and post assessment, and 10, 15 or 20 personal training sessions. Packages are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Buddy Personal Training:

“Buddy” Training is a group personal training in a semi-private setting (usually 2-3 clients). Buddy Personal Training provides the highest level of group training interaction. Our certified personal trainers are committed to working with each member of the group to meet individual fitness goals, needs, and interests.

*A medical history form is required and certain individuals will need to get prior physician’s approval.

Personal Training Package includes: Free consultation, Free pre and post assessment, and 10, 15 or 20 personal training sessions. Packages are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

NSCA Certified Personal Trainer

X is a senior in the Exercise Science program with a minor in Business Administration. Being able to lend a hand in pushing others towards making positive changes in their lives, is what inspires him to further his education with a Master in Public Health. His hobbies consist of  exercising, fishing, and sports. His personality and interest in functional movement becomes truly apparent in the way he trains.

Derek Brockman

ACSM Certified          Personal Trainer

Derek is from Columbia, Kentucky and moved to Bowling Green to complete  his Bachelors in Exercise Science. Upon graduation Derek plans to further his education by seeking a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Derek says he grew up in an environment that taught him integrity, and embedded a passion in him to help others better themselves. He says, “being able to bring out the potential that someone didn’t think they had, then seeing it on their face when they realize what they are capable of, really makes what I do worthwhile”. Derek takes pride in what he does to insure that each of his clients get the best experience possible during their time together.

 

Justin Seymour

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

Justin is originally from Pennsylvania and is a senior in the Exercise Science program with a minor in Nutrition. He hopes to continue his education with a Master's in Exercise Physiology. Hobbies include hiking, golf, and exercise. Justin has strived to learn more at every stage in life, always attempting to do better. This aspect has always applied his training, learning how to adapt and overcome any obstacle and he aim to help his clients achieve the same.
