Bio
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Masters of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. She is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, a Mad Dogg SPINNING Certified Instructor and a Powder Blue Productions PiYo Strength Certified Instructor. In her spare time she enjoys running, being outdoors, hiking and spending time with her husband Matthew, son Easton and two labs Lily and Peyton.
