Admission to the College of Health and Human Services or University does not guarantee admission to the program. Acceptance into the HIM programs is based on a selective admission process and is based on space available. Applicants are considered on a competitive basis. There are no restrictions regarding age, sex, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or marital status.

Ms. Quenzer received a BSN from WKU in 1994. She also obtained a MSN in Nursing Education in 2014 from WKU. Her nursing experience includes Long Term Care, Public and Community nursing. She also has over ten years of experience in staff education and nursing management. Currently she is an instructor in the Health Information Management Program. Ms. Quenzer continues to work on an as needed basis in long term care and as a consultant in community health practice for a local agency. She is an American Heart Association BLS Instructor and a Certified RN Medication Trainer for the KY Division of Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. She is a member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International. Ms. Quenzer is also a member of the Kentucky Nurses Association and the American Nurses Association.
