Eligibility

To be eligible to live in a WKU apartment, the student must:

• Be enrolled at WKU during the term of their lease;
• Be a full-time or approved part-time student, and
• Have a minimum of 60 completed credit hours at the start of their lease term.

 

Dependent Children

For residents who wish to share their accommodation with dependent children, they must provide documentation of a birth certificate or proof of legal guardianship for all children residing in the apartment with a parent.

 

Married Couples

For residents who wish to share their accommodation with a spouse, they must provide documentation of a marriage license. Please contact wkuapartments@wku.edu for more information.

  

Transfer or Graduate Students

Undergraduate students who are transferring to WKU with 60+ earned credit hours and graduate students who desire to live in the WKU apartments should contact wkuapartments@wku.edu for more information.
