Current Residence Hall Rates
These rates are for double occupancy rooms. The private room rate is 1.5 times the double rate. The rate for Northeast and Southwest Halls has a $25 increase for the Spring Semester because these halls will open January 1 for Winter Term. All other halls will open January 23.
