PTS has begun mailing permits which have been ordered online. Once you receive your new permit, please verify that the number on the letter matches the number on your permit. If the numbers do not match, please contact PTS at 270-745-2361.
If you have chosen to have your permit held at “Will Call,” you may pick it up at the PTS office during regular business hours (7:30 am – 4:00 pm). You will be required to provide identification to pick up your permit.
The new permits will be honored beginning August 15, 2013. Continue using your current permit until August 15, 2013.
Haven’t ordered your permit yet? Order now at www.wku.edu/transportation. Permits ordered after today’s date will continue to be mailed if requested. However, please allow ample time for processing.
Please direct any questions to Parking and Transportation Services at 270-745-2361 or email@example.com.
