Staff training and development in January 2011
Elizabeth Unseld presentation discussed trending and benchmarking for internal processes. Her focus was patient wait times.
Jeff Rose, Dr. Blewett and Elizabeth Unseld visited the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida to gain knowledge about the AAAHC process. The information gathered from the visits will help us improve current policies and procedures as well as QI initiatives.
Kathy Trulock discussed the purpose of the committee and how complaints and incidents are addressed.
Keith Lancaster discussed WKUHS hardware upgrades. He explained why certain upgrades are needed, issues with current upgrade and what is being done to correct the issues.
