Doe Anderson Partnership 

Imagewest is currently in a three-year partnership with Doe-Anderson, a leading independent creative advertising agency based in Louisville. This collaboration is an enriching educational experience for our intern, offering them access to industry expertise and best practices directly from Doe-Anderson. David Vawter, Executive Vice Chairman at Doe-Anderson, serves as a Professional-in-Residence and Co-Director for Imagewest, bringing 38 years of global agency experience to mentor students.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp serves as a comprehensive training program for new interns, setting clear expectations and immersing them in the team dynamic from day one. During this intensive week, interns are challenged to develop and launch a complete multimedia campaign or brand identity.

This high-pressure, hands-on experience sets a strong professional standard and gives back to the community. Boot Camp projects are dedicated to supporting a non-profit, community project, or a student competition. Interns take pride in their contributions, knowing their work makes a real and lasting positive impact.
