Bio
Shelley Hamlet provides training and user support for the Institutional Research Decision Support System (IR-DSS). Additionally, she functions as the central point person for internal and external problem resolution procedures and communications. She provides administrative support to all Institutional Research personnel including data/research, project support, and maintenance of budgets.
Shelley received a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Television Production with an Area of Concentration in Recreation from Western Kentucky University.
Shelley has been in Institutional Research since October 2003. Prior to working at WKU she worked in the Bowling Green City School system.
