Ms. Rita Samaras is a magna cum laude graduate from Western Kentucky University where she earned a B.I.S with a Business Administration emphasis in 2008. She went on to earn a M.A. in Organizational Leadership in 2017.

Rita began her career at WKU as a Distance Learning Specialist with DELO-WKU in 2014. She has since served as Administrative Assistant to the Chief International Officer, the Executive Director of International Enrollment, and the Associate Provost of Global Learning and International Affairs before moving to her current position as Manager, Budgets and Resources. Rita is also in the role of Manager, Visiting Scholar Residences.
