The Mediasite Video Platform will be down for a scheduled upgrade beginning Wednesday, June 24th at 9:30am and will finish by 1pm. During the upgrade, Mediasite upload, edit and playback will be unavailable.

Network Services will be performing network maintenance at Smith Stadium East on Thursday, June 25th from 4:30-5:30pm and Smith Stadium West on Tuesday, June 30th from 6:00-7:00pm. Network Services will also be performing network maintenance at the Medical Center Health Complex, Softball Field, Soccer-Softball Complex, Environmental Health Services, TTAS, PS3, Floral Shop, and the African American Museum on 6/25/2026. This outage is schedule to last from 5:00-7:00PM. These scheduled outages will include a brief but complete loss of all wired, wireless, and voice network connectivity.

WKU Blackboard administrators are aware of a bug affecting Gradebook submissions, wherein faculty may encounter a blank screen when attempting to view submitted assignments. Faculty who experience this issue can contact the ITS Service Desk to report this issue and be notified once a fix is in place.
