The WKU Digital Signage System provides the WKU community with a powerful visual communications tool. WKU main campus and regional campuses are able to quickly inform and educate students, faculty, staff, and guests using digital signage.
Digital signage is an advertising tool that is open to all students, organizations, and departments affiliated with WKU. University related content is the only content accepted; digital signage should not be used for personal use, political statements, or vendor advertisements. Please review the WKU Communication & Branding Manual to learn more about WKU Digital Signage policy and guidelines.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit University content that will display on the campus digital signage screens. Content should meet the following criteria: landscape orientation, .jpg or .png format, 16:9 ratio preferred (ex. 1280 pixel x 720 pixel). Please attach the advertisement(s) to your email and indicate the date the advertisement should begin playing and the date the advertisement should expire (stop playing).

For Fall 2013, the IT Division implemented a new online service request system allowing you to report problems and seek assistance online.
The 2013-2014 academic year's free lab print allocation is available to use beginning August 12.
