Telephone Work Request

To request phone services such as new service, moves, disconnects, trouble or issue, changes, voice mail, billing questions; please submit via Service Catalog https://td.wku.edu/TDClient, online chat http://www.wku.edu/it/chat/ , or by telephone (270-745-7000).  The IT Helpdesk serves as the initial point of contact for technology support and provides the first level of response for technology-related problems and questions.

We encourage you to try the easy-to-use Service Catalog by logging in (using NetID) and clicking on Requests.  From there you may browse a large list of available IT services (such as Voice Services) or search on keywords using the search box on the right.  The Service Catalog prompts for the information needed to begin your request and can save you time and a phone call.  You can also see status updates for your ticket, add your own comments, add screen shots, and even withdraw requests.
