Document Delivery & Photocopying for Faculy & Staff

Main Campus/South Campus Document Delivery Service

Faculty on the Main Campus and South Campus may request library books, other media, and copies of articles from journals which are held in the University libraries. WKU Libraries will deliver books and other media directly to the campus office via campus mail. Please allow 3-7 business days; some items may be difficult to retrieve. Articles will be scanned and delivered electronically (unless otherwise specified).  There is a limit of 10 items per week. To obtain books or copies of articles, please fill out the appropriate form:

Books and journal articles may also be left at the circulation desk on the 4th floor of the Cravens Library for photocopying. Copies may be picked up, scanned and emailed, or mailed to the faculty member’s office on campus.

Document Delivery Service for the Regional Campuses

Faculty & staff on the extended campuses should request items via the Extended Campus Library Services office. For more information, call 1-800-922-9585  or see the Extended Campus Library Services webpage.

Photocopying

Faculty and staff may leave journal articles and books at the circulation desk for photocopying. Copies may be picked up, scanned and emailed, or mailed to the faculty office on campus.
