Research
Dr. Potter studies organizational justice with a special interest in procedural justice and voice effects. Her current research explores entrepreneurship education and the use of experiential learning activities in the classroom. In addition, she is studying organizational socialization of employees and students. She teaches Organization and Management and Organizational Behavior.
Bio
Dr. Potter is a member of the Academy of Management and United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship. She is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honorary business fraternity. She has presented papers at conferences including The Academy of Management, Information Resource Management Association, Academy of Business Educators, the American Society of Business and Behavioral Sciences and the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Her research has been published in Group and Organization Management, Career Development International, the Journal of Applied Management, the Journal of Organizational Culture, and Communications and Conflict.
