Sample Schedule for M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan 2013

Participants will receive a complete schedule of all M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan events during registration on Sunday, August 18th, 2013. In order to assist you in making travel plans, here is a sample schedule:

Sunday, August 18

8 am - 4 pm	Residence Hall Check-In
	M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan Material Pick Up (Preston Health & Activities Center)
	Vendor Fair (Preston Health & Activities Center)
Noon - 1 pm	Meet & Greet with WKU Graduates President Gary Ransdell and Julie Ransdell
6 pm	Residence Hall Orientation
8 pm	Opening Ceremony
9:30 pm	Social Events

Monday, August 19 - Thursday, August 22

Educational Sessions:  During the daytime, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan week, program participants attend educational sessions designed to provide them with essential information and resources to help ensure their success during their first semester in college.  Some of the session topics are listed below.  Program participants attend these sessions with other students on their residential living floors as well as their Resident Assistants.  Educational sessions take place throughout the day beginning at 10am, and ending at 4pm.

Special Events:  M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan Special Events take place at varying times, Sunday through Thursday, and provide unique opportunities for new students to engage with WKU faculty, staff, and administrators, and identify ways to get involved in campus life.

Social Activities: A wide variety of social activities take place every night during M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan week beginning at 8:30pm.  These activities are free to all M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan participants and provide opportunities for new students to form connections with other students in attendance. Some of M.A.S.T.E.R. Plan's past social activities are listed below.
