Preparing to enter the nursing program and the application process usually takes more time than students think it will. Generally the application deadlines are in January for students wanting to start the actual  nursing program in August. For those seeking to start nursing classes in January you should apply in July. But prior to application all WKU students should have advisement through the ACE advisement lab. Transfer students must contact the WKU nursing program they are interested in for assistance. Not all classes from other colleges will transfer, so it is best to get advice before you take classes anywhere and try to transfer them in later.

We have several nursing programs for different types of students.
