WKU offices in Bowling Green will open at 10 a.m. Friday. Classes Friday remain canceled and campuses in Glasgow, Owensboro and Elizabethtown/Ft. Knox remain closed Friday. Saturday classes in Bowling Green will proceed as scheduled. Biography

Jackie Pillow holds the positions of Assistant Director of Graduate and Alumni Relations and Director of the Governor’s Minority Student College Preparation Program (Project: A.I.M.S.) in the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to these positions, she was the Office Associate for the Office of Diversity Programs, a cashier in the WKU Billings and Receivables (students) office and Requisition Clerk in Facilities Management. She provides guidance, support and advisement to designated student organizations, serves on the executive board for the Society of African American Alumni, and provides leadership and direct supervision over the Governor’s Minority Student College Preparation Program. This is a grant funded program designed to enhance middle and junior high school students’ awareness and preparedness for college. For the past 19 years, she has worked in the area of student development. She also has several professional memberships and has served on various campus and community committees.

Ms. Pillow is an alumna of Western Kentucky University where she received a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Business in 2002.
